1. Service Description

TickEdge AI is a trading platform that provides market analysis, trade execution, and automated position management tools. The Service connects to third-party broker accounts to route trade orders on your behalf.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you. Any analytics, signals, indicators, or automation features are tools only and do not represent recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. No Control Over Broker Accounts

TickEdge does not own, operate, or control any brokerage. Your broker account is governed entirely by the terms and conditions of your broker. We act solely as a conduit to route your trade commands to your broker. The financial instruments available to you are determined entirely by your broker and your account type. TickEdge does not determine, limit, or expand the instruments you may trade.

4. Trading Risk and Limitation of Liability

Trading forex, indices, commodities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• TickEdge AI bears no responsibility for any trading losses, missed trades, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the Service
• TickEdge AI bears no responsibility for losses caused by broker outages, execution delays, slippage, or market conditions beyond our control
• Server-side automations (Auto Trail, Ladder Exit, Profit Guard) operate on a best-effort basis and may be affected by network issues, broker connectivity, or system maintenance
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their financial consequences

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKEDGE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding trading
• You must have a valid account with a supported broker
• You are responsible for understanding the risks of any trades you execute

6. Subscription and Payments

Access requires a paid subscription after the 15-day free trial. The trial begins when you connect your first broker account. Subscription terms and pricing are as displayed in the app. Cancellation does not affect open positions at your broker.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, maintenance, or outages.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting team@tickedge.ai.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
