• Broker connection data: broker account identifiers and connection status
• Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, device type, OS version
• Trading activity: trade commands submitted through the platform, position data, and account snapshots received from your broker

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the TickEdge platform
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To route trade commands to your broker on your behalf
• To run server-side automations (Auto Trail, Ladder Exit, Profit Guard)
• To display real-time portfolio and market data
• To improve our services and user experience

3. Broker Account Data

We connect to your broker account via secure APIs to route orders on your behalf. We do not store your broker login passwords in plain text. We cannot initiate withdrawals or transfer funds from your broker account. Your broker credentials are encrypted at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Your chosen broker, as necessary to execute trades
• Cloud infrastructure providers who host our services
• Firebase (Google) for authentication and analytics
• Law enforcement if required by applicable law

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Trade history is retained for up to 31 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting team@tickedge.ai.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication (OAuth, Argon2id hashing), and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

TickEdge is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
